Job Brief:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of fire protection projects by coordinating with internal teams, project managers, and suppliers. The role requires strong knowledge of firefighting products, procurement processes, and project documentation to ensure smooth project execution from order placement to delivery and completion.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the firefighting industry and possess strong coordination, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project managers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of firefighting projects.
  • Monitor the progress and stages of ongoing projects and maintain proper project documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing materials, checking product pricing, and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Issue and track purchase-related documents such as LPOs (Local Purchase Orders), delivery notes, and supplier quotations.
  • Ensure materials are ordered and delivered as per project requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain records of supplier pricing, contracts, and procurement agreements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely supply of firefighting equipment.
  • Follow up on deliveries, material availability, and site requirements.
  • Assist project managers in tracking project milestones and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project contract terms.
Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or operations within the Fire Fighting / Fire Protection industry (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of firefighting products and systems (e.g., sprinklers, valves, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, alarms, etc.).
  • Understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and pricing structures.
  • Familiarity with project documentation such as LPOs, delivery notes, contracts, and quotations.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
