Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee daily factory production activities and ensure efficient project execution within the interior fit-out and joinery manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for production planning, coordinating with design and site teams, supervising factory operations, monitoring material requirements, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in engineering and production operations, with mandatory experience in the interior fit-out industry. Experience in joinery manufacturing and factory production will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth factory operations.
- Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and site teams to maintain efficient production workflows.
- Optimise production processes to improve operational efficiency and minimise material waste.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets and project deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Track material consumption and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Supervise shop floor operations, including cutting, assembly, and finishing activities.
- Prepare production reports and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or manufacturing operations.
- Previous experience in the interior fit-out industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of production planning, factory operations, and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience coordinating with design, quality control, procurement, and project site teams.
- Knowledge of material planning, production scheduling, and shop floor operations.
- Good coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous UAE experience will be preferred.
- Experience in joinery manufacturing or factory production will be an advantage.
