Job Brief:
Our client is hiring a Project Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects. The candidate will coordinate site activities, ensure quality standards, and lead successful project execution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and materials before execution.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project progress.
  • Supervise site activities including carpentry, joinery, MEP works, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and finishes.
  • Ensure all site works are executed as per approved plans, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical/site-related issues.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Prepare and maintain site progress reports, documentation, and daily logs.
  • Act as the site representative to communicate with clients, consultants, and project managers.
  • Manage labor force, materials, and site logistics efficiently.
  • Ensure timely handover of completed projects to clients.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in site supervision/project engineering within the interior fit-out industry in Dubai/UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, joinery works, finishes, and MEP coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DCD, and other authority approval processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
