Job Brief:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support technical and engineering projects within an advanced metal manufacturing environment specializing in curved steel and aluminum profiles. The role involves coordinating project requirements, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring the smooth execution of manufacturing projects that supply components to the
construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors across the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a civil or mechanical engineering background, hands-on project coordination experience, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Job Responsibilities:Project Coordination & Execution- Support end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects related to curved steel and aluminum profiles used in construction and infrastructure applications.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure project timelines, specifications, and client requirements are met.
- Review construction drawings, fabrication details, and project specifications to ensure accurate technical deliverables.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, technical reports, method statements, and progress updates.
Technical Support & Documentation- Prepare, review, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, and engineering specifications for customized bending and fabrication works.
- Resolve technical queries, coordinate revisions, and support engineering improvements for manufacturability.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project engineers to clarify technical requirements related to construction projects.
- Support proposal preparation, BOQs, and technical submissions when required.
- Participate in project meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items and deliverables.
Production & Quality Collaboration- Work closely with the production team to align manufacturing requirements with construction timelines and project constraints.
- Monitor project progress, shop drawings, and quality checks to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Address and resolve issues related to fabrication, design adjustments, or material requirements.
Efficiency & Continuous Improvement- Suggest improvements in production processes, workflow efficiency, and documentation practices.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies or modern methods related to metal bending and fabrication for construction applications.
