Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in Dubai, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and claims.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
RERA License is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Civil and MEP coordination.
Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
Experience handling contractors, consultants, and authorities.
Project planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Project Details:

High-rise residential/commercial building projects.
Must have prior UAE project experience.
