Job Brief:

The Project Manager job in Sharjah is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects. Job Responsibilities:

Lead and guide project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring clarity on project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
Identify project resource requirements, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency, productivity, and project performance.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and opportunities.
Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity and continuity.
Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely project delivery within approved budgets.
Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through transparent and effective communication.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions when required.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and services.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules.
Effectively manage project scope changes and evaluate their impact on project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Facilitate change requests and ensure all project changes are properly documented and communicated.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, schedules, meeting records, and correspondence.
Prepare and submit comprehensive project status reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
Experience managing water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial, infrastructure, EPC, construction, or related projects will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify project risks, assess challenges, and develop practical solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Adaptability to changing project requirements, priorities, and market conditions.
