Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise building construction in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from execution through completion and final handover, ensuring that all activities are completed according to project timelines, quality standards, and approved budgets.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a construction or contracting company, proven high-rise building construction experience, and Dubai Municipality (DM) approval.

Hands-on experience in project completion, final inspections, and high-rise building handover is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee high-rise building construction projects from execution through completion and final handover.
Supervise project teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor construction progress, project schedules, quality standards, and site safety compliance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and project handover.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, project budgets, and contractual requirements.
Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate final inspections, outstanding works, and handover procedures to ensure successful project completion.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a construction or contracting company.
Proven experience managing high-rise building construction projects, preferably towers of G+12 floors and above.
Mandatory experience in project completion, final inspections, and high-rise building handover.
Dubai Municipality (DM) approval is mandatory.
G+Unlimited DM-approved certification is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction project execution, planning, quality control, and site coordination.
Proven ability to manage site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Previous UAE construction project experience will be preferred.
Only candidates with relevant high-rise building construction project management experience will be considered.
