Job Brief:
Our client, a leading HVAC contractor based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee HVAC project executions across the UAE. The role requires a dynamic leader with extensive technical expertise in mechanical systems and the ability to manage large-scale projects from initiation through to completion. The Project Manager will serve as the key point of contact between the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans aligning client requirements with company goals. Coordinate all project phases, from development to implementation, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate the project team. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure efficient team collaboration.
  • Client & Consultant Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the client and consultant. Provide regular updates, resolve concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-standard HVAC systems. Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential project risks, delays, or challenges and develop proactive solutions to minimize impact.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC construction, with at least 7–10 years in project management within the UAE/GCC region.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale HVAC projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
