Job Brief:
A seasoned Project Manager is required to oversee large-scale luxury hospitality and residential fit-out projects, with a strong emphasis on bespoke joinery and high-quality finishes. The role involves full project ownership—from design coordination and procurement to production, site execution, and handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE/GCC experience and strong technical expertise in custom joinery and interior fit-out delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full project lifecycle for joinery and interior fit-out works.
  • Manage luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects within time, budget, and quality parameters.
  • Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with specs, design intent, and safety standards.
  • Manage procurement schedules, shop drawings, samples, and production milestones.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and risk logs.
  • Drive quality control, site inspections, and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in project management for joinery and interior fit-out.
  • Strong UAE/GCC project delivery experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential sectors.
  • Deep technical knowledge of joinery production, custom millwork, FF&E, and high-end fit-out processes.
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools (preferred), and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
