Job Brief:
Our client is hiring a strategic Project Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the heavy lift and transport sector from their Dubai base. The successful candidate will drive business development through large-scale project bids, cultivate key client relationships, and develop tailored solutions for oversized and heavy cargo transport. Your expertise will directly impact revenue growth and market positioning in the rapidly evolving logistics and infrastructure industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project sales strategies focused on heavy lift and transport solutions across segments like infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial projects.
  • Identify, pursue, and win new project-based contracts, liaising with EPC contractors, logistics planners, and corporate clients.
  • Lead proposal development, including pricing, scope, and ROI analysis; manage tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to align client specifications with service capabilities and fleet offerings.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and equipment suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales planning and new business development.
  • Prepare accurate pipeline forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics for senior management review.
  • Attend industry conferences and project expos to network and source new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project or heavy equipment sales, ideally within heavy lift, OOG (Out-of-Gauge), or logistics sectors in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and client presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver client-focused transport solutions.
  • Excellent strategic and commercial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
