Job Responsibilities:
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment):

To lead and ensure all team members carry out their activities in a safe and healthy environment as per the Group Health and Safety Policy.
Ensure measuring and test equipment are duly calibrated at various stages.
To inform non-conformity products to all concerned.
Product verification at various stages, Releasing the product.
To control & and ensure the quality aspects of our product at various stages on the shop floor.
To ensure timely calibration of measuring and test equipment.
Review of customer specifications & and preparation of ITP.
Man-power planning to ensure adequate personnel for various stage inspections.
Ensure confidentiality of customer data.
To maintain inspection and test records.
Identification and recording of problems related to product, process & Quality Systems.
Prioritize and manage open issues at one time.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Accountability:

Key point of contact with TPI and client during an inspection, answering queries, and demonstrating the product quality meets the requirement of the specification.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 10 years of QA/QC experience in a similar field.
Qualification: Engineering, CSWIP, NACE Level II.
Good understanding of Manufacturing products such as Pipes, structural steel, fabrication, and coating/painting.
Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASME, EN, ASTM, ISO, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ready to adapt to challenges and multiple responsibilities.
To handle/control the respective shift (i.e. manpower).
To coordinate with TPIA / Client.
Preparing QAP/ITP and Procedures of QA/QC activity.
Preparing Product Process Norms of QC shop activity.
To train and instruct all personnel who are working under.
Ensure measuring and test equipment are duly calibrated at various stages.
To inform non-conformity products to all concerned.

To control & ensure the quality aspects of our product at various stages on the shop floor.
