Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join their dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on the local RAK market. You will be expected to generate leads, maintain strong client relationships, and stay updated on property laws and market trends within the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and property listings.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate, detailed information to clients.
  • Negotiate and close property deals in alignment with company policies and RERA regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and developments in the RAK real estate sector.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, developers, and legal teams.
  • Promote properties through online portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed on UAE real estate laws and regulations, especially those specific to Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Meet monthly sales/rental targets and report regularly to management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in real estate (RAK experience is an advantage).
  • Sound knowledge of the UAE property market, particularly in Ras Al Khaimah.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong sales acumen and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficient in using real estate portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, etc.
  • RERA certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
