Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on the Dubai property market. You will be expected to generate leads, maintain strong client relationships, and stay updated on Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, RERA compliance, and market trends within the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online property listings.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and detailed information.
  • Negotiate and close property deals in accordance with company procedures and RERA regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, communities, and real estate developments in Dubai.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other real estate documentation.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, developers, and legal representatives.
  • Promote listings through real estate portals, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed on UAE real estate laws and Dubai-specific compliance requirements.
  • Meet monthly sales and rental targets and submit regular performance reports to management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai experience as a Real Estate Agent.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and residential/commercial sectors.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in using real estate platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • RERA certification is preferred.
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and target-oriented professional.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and listings.
