Job Brief:
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to support property sales and leasing activities in Dubai. The role involves prospecting clients, presenting property options, conducting viewings, and closing transactions. Candidates with real estate sales experience from the UAE, India, or Pakistan are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate strong sales capability and market adaptability.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate leads for property sales and leasing opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings and effectively present listings to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on inquiries and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for listings, documentation, and transaction processing.
  • Stay informed about property market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Job Requirements:
  • Prior experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Candidates with India or Pakistan real estate market experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and property listing portals.
  • Willingness to adapt to the UAE real estate market and sales practices.
