Job Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and office supplies (stationery, pantry items).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Oversee vehicle management, including allocation, contract renewals, and maintaining related documentation.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner.
- Supervise office support staff (office boys, cleaners) to ensure duties are completed effectively and on time.
- Book travel tickets and coordinate staff travel requirements.
