Job Brief:
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to assist in daily office tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Candidates residing in RAK or willing to relocate are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance records, and related documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for office support activities.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide support in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Must be residing in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate.
