Our client is seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join their team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings and arranging meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company to visitors and callers.
  • Assist with various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Language: English / Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Nationality: Emirati.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Candidate should have a family book.
