Receptionist to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and coordinate with various departments. Job Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain office attendance records and support daily updates for on-site and in-office employees.
- Enter daily timesheets, overtime details, and employee data into the internal software.
- Coordinate with authorities for gate passes and work permits as required.
- Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor and recharge company accounts such as SALIK and similar; prepare monthly usage summaries.
- Download utility and telecom bills, ensure timely payments, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Assist in renewing vehicle registrations and insurance, processing traffic fines, and handling vehicle-related claims.
- Coordinate flight bookings for staff and prepare related payment documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, including passport, visa, EID, and documentation on internal systems.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments, including HR and finance.
- Maintain company records and documentation such as trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and other certificates.
