Job Brief:
We are seeking a Receptionist cum Executive Assistant for our client, a trading company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and assisting with executive tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist executives with scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other executive-level documents.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Use online government and DMCC portals for various administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in Dubai.
  • Must have good knowledge of working on the online government and DMCC portals.
  • Fluent in speaking English and Hindi.
  • Nationality: Indian.
