Job Brief:
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to support the design and development of refrigeration systems and components. The role involves executing assigned engineering tasks under moderate supervision, with a focus on refrigeration circuit design, technical documentation, and product testing.

The ideal candidate will contribute to engineering projects by preparing technical drawings, supporting system simulations, and assisting in prototype development and testing. This position offers an excellent opportunity for engineers who want to build hands-on experience in refrigeration system design, product development, and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and dimension basic refrigeration circuits, ensuring they meet project specifications and operational requirements.
  • Assist in engineering simulations under supervision to evaluate system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings for production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
  • Conduct product testing and analyze test results, assisting in identifying improvements and ensuring product performance meets design expectations.
  • Support cross-departmental communication, working closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain design documentation, including technical drawings, engineering files, and product development records.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of refrigeration-related experience, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
  • Good knowledge of refrigeration components, system design, and refrigeration system operation.

Development Path:
  • Months 1–6: Lead small design tasks, deepen 3D modeling skills, and learn the basics of engineering simulations.
  • Months 7–12: Participate in prototype development and testing, while contributing to engineering problem-solving sessions.
  • Year 2: Lead small sub-projects, present technical findings, and propose minor design improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
