Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Head to lead business expansion across Levant markets, including Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and Lebanon. The role involves building and executing market strategies, developing key distributor and customer relationships, and driving growth in the furniture fittings industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in multi-channel business development, including distribution, retail, and projects, and an established network across the region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to expand market presence across Levant territories.
  • Leverage existing customer relationships and networks to generate immediate business opportunities.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and key accounts to ensure broad product representation.
  • Promote the company’s product portfolio tailored to regional market needs and specifications.
  • Lead regional brand-building initiatives including exhibitions, events, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Support and train distributor teams and local staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, technical, supply chain, and finance functions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements with partners and key customers.
  • Track credit exposure and ensure timely collections in partnership with finance teams.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in furniture fittings or related industries.
  • Strong network and established client base within the Levant or GCC region.
  • Proven success in sales growth, business development, and market expansion.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Based in Egypt or other Levant markets, with a willingness to travel extensively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing distributor relationships and multicultural teams.
  • Solid understanding of distribution models, customer segments, and regional business dynamics.
  • Must have experience using SAP.
