Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a Reliability Engineer with hands-on experience in the tissue paper manufacturing industry to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance at its manufacturing facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting equipment failure investigations, performing root-cause analysis, implementing reliability maintenance practices, and monitoring equipment performance.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience in a tissue paper manufacturing plant and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and investigate equipment failures to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
Apply Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) principles to improve equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential equipment failures and preventive measures.
Monitor equipment reliability indicators, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and equipment availability.
Prepare and monitor reliability Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to assess maintenance effectiveness.
Analyse maintenance data using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP systems to identify opportunities for improving equipment performance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Reliability Engineering.
2–3 years of relevant reliability or maintenance engineering experience in the tissue paper manufacturing industry.
Previous hands-on experience in a tissue paper manufacturing plant is mandatory.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and equipment failure investigation techniques.
Understanding of Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Experience monitoring MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and maintenance reliability KPIs.
Ability to analyse maintenance and equipment performance data using CMMS/ERP systems.
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification or equivalent will be preferred.
Good analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
