Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Supervisor in our client’s hospitality team based in Abu Dhabi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high-quality service standards, and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee and manage restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen, and cleaning personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
  • Monitor and manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budget adherence.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant/Outlet Supervisor in the UAE.
  • Degree in Hotel, Hospitality, or any related field.
  • Age: 25 - 35 years.
