Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Application Engineer to manage sales activities and application support for oil and gas equipment across trading and project-based environments. The role involves business development, technical proposal preparation, client relationship management, and sales execution across the UAE. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, commercially driven, and comfortable traveling across regions to support sales and project execution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales of Oil and Gas equipment across the Trading and Projects domains.
  • Drive sales of Fuel, Oil, Gas, Water, and Grease equipment to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare technical estimations, proposals, and commercial offers independently.
  • Follow up with clients after proposal submission and build strong relationships to successfully close deals with Purchase Orders.
  • Travel across all regions in the UAE for sales activities and project execution as required.
  • Expand market presence by increasing the company’s client base and market share within the UAE.
  • Promote and sell both new and existing product ranges to diversify and strengthen the product portfolio.
  • Identify and introduce new products to enhance the existing portfolio.
  • Maintain and leverage an existing UAE-based client base to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Consistently achieve and maintain a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Job Requirements:
  • An engineering qualification from any engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and application engineering within the Oil & Gas or Industrial Equipment sector.
  • Strong experience selling equipment in trading and project environments.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the UAE.
  • Strong skills in proposal preparation, estimation, and customer follow-ups.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
