Sales & Business Development Manager / Senior Manager to strengthen its client base and drive business growth across the
real estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors. This role requires a strategic, relationship-focused professional with strong business acumen and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across landscape design and installation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, engineering and landscape consultancies, real estate firms, hospitality groups, facility management companies, and interior fit-out contractors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical submissions in coordination with estimation and operations teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and ensure consistent follow-up to close deals.
- Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business growth.
- Mentor junior sales team members and demonstrate leadership potential in preparation for future managerial responsibilities.
