Job Brief:
A well-established premium landscaping firm in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager / Senior Manager to strengthen its client base and drive business growth across the real estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors. This role requires a strategic, relationship-focused professional with strong business acumen and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across landscape design and installation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, engineering and landscape consultancies, real estate firms, hospitality groups, facility management companies, and interior fit-out contractors.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical submissions in coordination with estimation and operations teams.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and ensure consistent follow-up to close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business growth.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and demonstrate leadership potential in preparation for future managerial responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within landscaping, interior contracting, or facility management industries.
  • Strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to prepare structured proposals and understand contract terms.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and confident in client interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tender documentation.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Italian, Hindi, Malayalam, or others are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant sales or business development experience with demonstrable business relationships.
  • A UAE driving licence and strong UAE market knowledge are essential. GCC market exposure is an added advantage.
