Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant – Accounting & Tax Services for an established accounting, auditing, and tax consultancy firm based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and promoting the company's accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, VAT, and Corporate Tax services across the UAE.

This is a target-driven, field sales role requiring strong business development skills and the ability to independently generate leads through cold calling, networking, direct client visits, and field sales activities.

No leads will be provided by the company. The successful candidate must be capable of independently developing a client pipeline and generating a minimum of AED 20,000 in monthly sales revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, VAT, and Corporate Tax services.
  • Independently generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, door-to-door prospecting, and field sales.
  • Conduct direct client visits and meetings to introduce the company's professional services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across various business sectors in the UAE.
  • Understand prospective clients' accounting, auditing, and tax compliance requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Prepare and present service proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business opportunities.
  • Achieve a minimum monthly sales revenue target of AED 20,000.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, follow-ups, and business development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the accounting, audit, and tax teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the UAE.
  • Previous experience working with an accounting, auditing, or tax consultancy firm is required.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within the accounting and audit services industry.
  • Good understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting and auditing services.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and acquire clients without company-provided leads.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, field sales, direct client visits, and networking.
  • Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets and close new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
