Job Brief:The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by maintaining sales records, coordinating shipments, managing customer communications, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal departments and customers while providing excellent after-sales support.
Job Responsibilities:- Post sales data in the SAP system and print SOAs (Statements of Account).
- Maintain updated sales records, including shipment tracking, customer complaints, and master sheets, and manage filing of hard copy documents.
- Handle basic office duties such as printing, scanning important documents, answering urgent calls, and responding to emails and messages.
- Provide customer service and coordinate shipments with selected customers and destinations.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PFI) and follow up on payments for selected customers/destinations.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested, maintaining positive customer relations.
- Support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities efficiently, accurately, and timely.
- Send sales dispatch plans prepared by Sales Representatives and approved by the Sales Manager to relevant departments.
