Job Brief:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales administration, customer communications, order processing, reporting activities, and sales support functions while contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

This Sales Coordinator Job in Abu Dhabi is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced trading and distribution environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare, process, and track quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the sales team.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and outstanding payments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, pricing information, and sales records.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of products.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Support the preparation of business presentations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and competitor activities within the industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders.
