Job Brief:
Our client in the paper manufacturing industry is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support their sales operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, managing customer communications, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring the seamless execution of orders. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily sales activities between clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and invoices in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Follow up with clients on order confirmations, delivery timelines, and payments.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to support business planning.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product dispatch.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and business development documents.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and competitor activities in the paper industry.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably within the paper industry or a related sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with paper products, grades, and applications is preferred.
