Job Brief:As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in bridging communication between customers, internal teams, and external field sales staff. This dynamic role involves managing inbound customer inquiries, processing sales orders, supporting the sales team, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring continued profitability.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the external sales team.
- Handle LPOs, quotations, and sales order processing while ensuring timely deliveries.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Dispatch, Inventory, and Production.
- Maintain strong communication with sales managers and clients to support lasting business relationships.
- Source trading materials locally and obtain at least three quotations to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Raise LPOs and follow up to ensure timely delivery of trading items.
- Provide sales and administrative assistance through activities like answering calls, vendor coordination, managing calendars, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
- Generate sales reports and analyses on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as requested by the sales team or management.
- Input new sales inquiries and update records in the company’s CRM/database.
- Prepare job cards and analyze production costs to ensure accurate and profitable pricing.
- Maintain a productive and organized work environment while supporting the company's overall goals.
- Assist in executing sales strategies as directed by the Sales Head.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
