Job Brief:The Sales Coordinator will support the UAE Country Sales Manager by providing real-time visibility of
sales performance, including
sell-in,
sell-out,
distribution tracking, and
promotional spend analysis. This position plays a vital role in
sales operations, enabling the team to monitor and improve performance against the six-month glidepath. The ideal candidate will have strong
data analysis skills, advanced proficiency in
Excel and
Power BI, and prior experience in
FMCG sales coordination. This is a critical support role requiring coordination with both
internal teams and
external customers, with a focus on accurate
reporting,
forecasting, and
sales data management.
Job Responsibilities:- Compile and distribute daily sales dashboards
- Produce weekly KPI packs covering volume, value, distribution, and promo uplift
- Reconcile trade spend vs. accruals and highlight variances
- Maintain master data for SKUs, pricing, and customers within ERP/CRM systems
- Support BDA documentation, listing fee trackers, and POSM inventory tracking
- Build ad-hoc reports using Power BI and Excel for route efficiency, stock aging, and ROI analysis
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination
- Monitor promotional campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness through uplift analysis
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, including meeting coordination and report follow-up
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and support logistics coordination where needed
- Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews with data insights and reporting inputs
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the sales reporting and coordination function
