Job Brief:The Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing the complete sales order process, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining accurate data in ERP and CRM systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role plays a key part in supporting sales operations, improving internal processes, and facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:- Create and prepare sales orders in line with SOPs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.
- Maintain and regularly update ERP and CRM systems for accurate and reliable data management.
- Generate reports on customer requirements, feedback, market competition, and new product opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas in processes and systems and support the implementation of enhancements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and build strong business relationships.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure the timely execution of sales and service-related activities across the MENA region.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure clarity, efficiency, and seamless order fulfillment.
