Job Brief:Our client in the HVAC industry is looking to hire a proactive and technically skilled
Sales Engineer to drive business growth in ducting and HVAC system solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strong industry knowledge and sales acumen, capable of building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored technical proposals. Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking female candidates with relevant industry experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and market expansion goals in the HVAC sector.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Present technical HVAC and duct fabrication solutions, clearly articulating the benefits of products and services.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding product specifications, designs, and installation procedures.
- Prepare and follow up on competitive quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Manage project handovers from sales to execution teams, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts for reporting to management.
- Collect and relay client feedback to improve products and services offered.
