Job Brief:Our client, a supplier of industrial engineering products and services to the energy sector, is looking to hire a target-driven Sales Engineer to be based in Dubai. The role involves handling technical sales across the UAE, focusing on products such as valves, actuators, bearings, electric motors, exhaust systems, compressors, and turbine parts. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with a proven sales record in the industrial or energy-related sectors.
Job Responsibilities:- Generate leads and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from the company’s product range.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets across key product categories.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Provide market feedback to support continuous product and service development.

- Bearings & Seals (Journal Bearings, Tilt Pad Bearings, Brush Seals)
