Job Brief:
We are hiring a Sales Engineer for a leading fire protection company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of fire alarm and firefighting systems, a proven ability to meet sales targets, and experience in handling maintenance and AMC contracts. This role requires proactive lead generation, effective customer engagement, and a deep understanding of industry standards and trends.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Research potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
Contact potential customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Follow up on quotations and proposals to close deals.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Participate in sales meetings and provide insights on client requirements.
Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in Fire Protection Maintenance/AMC.
In-depth understanding of NFPA and DCD standards.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
