Job Brief:
Our client in the HVAC industry is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join their Abu Dhabi team. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of HVAC products with proven sales expertise to drive business growth and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Provide pre-sales product knowledge and solutions, partnering with the Sales/Business Development team to close deals.
  • Research and identify prospects, analyzing sales leads to generate opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Lead the technical aspect of the selling process, including product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Increase sales by developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
  • Handle tender responses, addressing technical/functional requirements in client documents.
  • Actively research and maintain knowledge of company products and competitor strengths/weaknesses.
  • Ensure sales documentation and collateral are up to date in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Provide innovative, cost-effective, and reliable technical solutions to support tenders/proposals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and HVAC solutions in the market.
  • Serve as the internal technical resource for the sales team.
  • Proactively engage customers on pre-sales technical matters, suggesting and developing product solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality, urgent, and precise pre-sales support with technical and creative business solutions to meet objectives.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC solutions industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
