Job Brief:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our team in Dubai. The role involves driving direct sales, managing customer accounts, and building long-term client relationships. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new opportunities, developing value propositions, coordinating with design consultants, and ensuring business growth while maintaining strong margins.
Job Responsibilities:- Achieve assigned sales targets (bookings and billings).
- Prospect and generate new customer accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with design consultants to support specification activities.
- Arrange and attend client meetings regularly, presenting solutions and company offerings.
- Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and business pipeline projections.
- Maintain a healthy and credible pipeline to support expected business growth.
- Provide techno-commercial assistance and proposals to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely proposals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Manage a healthy product sales mix while maintaining profitability.
- Convert competitor accounts into company accounts.
- Register, track, and update leads and opportunities in CRM/Zoho.
- Submit required sales inputs, reports, and projections in the prescribed format on time.
- Maintain strong business relationships with partners, clients, and key accounts.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager to support business needs.
