Job Brief:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our client's Foundations Team, specializing in structural steel and construction projects. The role involves client engagement, fieldwork, and project site visits, with a particular focus on the company’s rental division. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships within the construction and steel manufacturing sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the construction and steel industry.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to identify project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Promote the company’s products and services, particularly within the rental division.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, quotations, and terms of sales to achieve company targets.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and sales performance.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales within the structural steel, construction, or related industry.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Arabic speaker preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients and understand technical requirements.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and site visits.
