Job Brief:
A leading company in the water and wastewater treatment industry is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting technical solutions for water, wastewater, and HVAC treatment systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, technically competent professional with strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to introduce and sell water and wastewater treatment solutions, including HVAC treatment systems, to commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, relationship building, and cold calling.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals for revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships in targeted market segments.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market/competitor analysis to the Sales Manager.
  • Review client inquiries, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure timely submission of submittals.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support business objectives.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Salesforce or ERP systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
