Job Brief:A leading company in the
water and wastewater treatment industry is seeking a
Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting technical solutions for water, wastewater, and HVAC treatment systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, technically competent professional with strong communication and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities:- Work closely with customers to introduce and sell water and wastewater treatment solutions, including HVAC treatment systems, to commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, relationship building, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals for revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships in targeted market segments.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market/competitor analysis to the Sales Manager.
- Review client inquiries, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure timely submission of submittals.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and prospects.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support business objectives.
