Job Brief:A leading provider of heating, cooling, and solar energy solutions is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to support business development within the UAE construction and building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of systems such as boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and solar water heating solutions, with proven success working with MEP consultants and contractors in the UAE market.
Job Responsibilities:- Generate new business and achieve sales targets for boilers, chillers, heat pumps, solar systems, and related engineered solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to secure product specifications in ongoing and new projects.
- Conduct technical presentations, client meetings, and solution demonstrations to promote product benefits and application suitability.
- Prepare technical submissions, quotations, proposals, and project documentation as required.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate product selection, system configurations, and seamless order execution.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to stay updated on new projects, market trends, and competitor movements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reporting, and pipeline forecasts for management review.
- Ensure all sales processes align with company standards and professional policies.
