Job Brief:The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales activities, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:- Receive RFQs (Request for Quotations) from industrial and trading institutions in the region and globally.
- Conduct sales and marketing activities, including identifying potential customers through online research and other methods.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with Production and Logistics departments to meet customer requirements.
- Develop monthly sales plans to achieve optimal contribution in line with company policies.
- Assess offers for conformity to customer specifications and select the most cost-effective and suitable options.
- Monitor monthly sales and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track regional market trends and sales activities to develop responsive action plans.
- Receive and analyze reports on product performance and logistic services.
- Handle customer claims and participate in developing corrective and preventive actions.
