Job Summary:
Our client, a prominent player in the Water Treatment industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to contribute to the company's growth by developing effective sales strategies, attracting new clients, and selling water treatment products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proven success in meeting targets, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies and attract new clients to sell water treatment products.
  • Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
  • Play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.
  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (“door-to-door,” cold calling, presentations, etc.).
  • Forecasts sales, develops “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluates their effectiveness.
  • Evaluate customer skills, needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Meet personal and company team sales targets.
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
  • Track record of overachieving quota.
  • Experience working with salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Computer use competency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical.
  • Experience: 3-4 years in selling water treatment products.
  • KSA Driving license required.
