Job Brief:
The Sales Engineer plays a key role in developing and executing sales and market strategies to grow the business in Drains and Manholes products within the Central Region – Riyadh. The role involves building strong customer relationships, increasing market share, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the steady growth of sales.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish the sales strategy for the Manhole Covers and Drains business in the Central Region – Riyadh, aligned with regional objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales infrastructure to enhance effectiveness and ensure long-term business growth.
  • Drive steady business growth by increasing sales and market share in both existing and new markets.
  • Maintain close and effective relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management for the Central Region – Riyadh.
  • Collaborate closely with planning, product management, and engineering teams to support product development and sales initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Commercial, Electrical, or Engineering discipline.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years’ commercial experience in sales and market development within the MEP industry. Proven experience in a multinational company with the ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
  • High standards of work ethics and integrity.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; articulate, persuasive, and able to influence others through sound business judgment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
