Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell forklift rental services to industrial, logistics, warehouse, and construction clients in Dubai.
The role focuses on generating rental business, conducting site assessments, preparing commercial proposals, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven rental or equipment sales experience, and excellent negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell forklift rental services to industrial, logistics, warehouse, and construction customers.
  • Prepare rental proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess operating conditions, workload, and equipment needs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and rental revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts.
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in forklift rental, material handling, or industrial equipment.
  • Proven track record in rental or equipment sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
