Job Brief:A leading provider of heating, cooling, and solar energy solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive
direct industrial sales across the UAE market. The role focuses on business development with
factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and commercial end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and solar water heating systems, along with proven success in closing B2B sales directly with end users in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:- Drive new business and achieve sales targets by selling heating, cooling, and solar solutions directly to industrial and commercial end-users.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with factories and industrial clients.
- Conduct site visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions in line with client requirements.
- Manage key industrial accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate system selection and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and professional standards.
- Ensure the right documents, like manuals and warranty letters, are issued on time.
- Ensure all the project’s related specifications are shared with the Service Team prior to T&C.
