Job Brief:Our client in the Fire Protection industry is seeking a proactive
Sales Engineer to manage project and maintenance sales in the commercial and industrial sectors within KSA. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in firefighting, MEP, or ELV project sales, and possess strong skills in solution selling, client relationship management, and market development.
The role reports to the Senior Manager and requires both field/door-to-door sales visits and office-based coordination to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors of ELV and firefighting projects and maintenance in KSA.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly to track leads and opportunities.
Sales & Marketing / Field Visits- Conduct field visits, including door-to-door interactions, to expand the customer base and generate new sales.
- Update records and provide feedback from client interactions to support business development strategies.
Solution Selling- Effectively present and sell ELV and Fire Protection solutions to potential customers.
- Tailor proposals and solutions to meet specific client requirements and project needs.
Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely support and follow-ups to clients to maintain trust and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
