Job Brief:Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development activities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales skills to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements while achieving business objectives.
The position is field-based and requires frequent customer interaction, technical consultations, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience in machinery sales such as diesel generators, dewatering pumps, compressors, transit mixers, and other diesel engine-driven applications.
The role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to conduct technical presentations, and the capability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales support.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer coverage plans with effective time management to maximize sales opportunities across the assigned region.
- Identify, acquire, and retain new customers while expanding the existing customer base.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain long-term partnerships to achieve business goals.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommend suitable machinery and equipment solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations and advise customers on the correct usage, benefits, and capabilities of products.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while effectively closing sales opportunities.
- Understand competitor offerings and market positioning to strengthen sales strategies.
- Manage after-sales support and maintain CRM records to track the entire workflow from customer inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely product delivery and service support.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and report sales performance insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
