Job Brief:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving the sales of irrigation products, including dripline systems, fittings, screen filters, and other irrigation solutions used in landscaping and agricultural projects. The role involves developing market presence, building strong client relationships, and increasing product adoption across key customer segments.

The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong market knowledge, and the ability to work independently while delivering consistent sales growth. The role requires strong leadership, project management capabilities, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, influencing customers, and securing high-value projects. Candidates must have an established professional network and strong market connections within Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan, including sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to create product awareness across different market segments and sales channels.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of competitive products, including market share, positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies across landscaping and agricultural customer segments.
  • Achieve strong sales performance and increase market share within assigned territories, particularly in the Dubai market.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and growth opportunities to develop annual strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage projects effectively and secure high-value sales opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Educate and influence customers to adopt irrigation products by demonstrating features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and ensure preference for company products in ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, including historical and current project information.
  • Differentiate products from competitors by delivering superior customer service and maintaining strong customer engagement through regular visits.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities by consistently achieving targets and developing innovative, customer-focused solutions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, including market updates, sales performance, competitor analysis, and action plans.
  • Provide insights on overall market conditions, sales forecasts, and strategies required to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales of irrigation products, landscaping solutions, or agricultural systems.
  • Strong professional background with an established network and client relationships in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • In-depth knowledge of irrigation products such as dripline systems, fittings, filters, and related solutions.
  • Strong understanding of landscaping and agricultural project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and securing high-value contracts.
  • Ability to maintain detailed reports, customer databases, and sales forecasts.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
