Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Engineer (Foundation Solutions) to join their growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting foundation engineering solutions, structural steel products, and rental services to contractors, consultants, and project owners across the construction and infrastructure sectors.

This is a field-oriented role involving client meetings, project site visits, technical discussions, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a sound understanding of construction and foundation-related projects.

This Sales Engineer Foundation Solutions Job in Dubai is suitable for candidates with relevant experience in technical sales, structural steel, foundation engineering, construction materials, equipment rental, or infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and foundation engineering sectors.
Promote foundation solutions, structural steel products, and rental services to customers.
Generate leads, secure enquiries, and convert opportunities into business.
Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth objectives.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand project requirements and business opportunities.
Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, and project developments.

Project & Site Coordination

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable foundation and structural solutions for their projects.
Support project handover and after-sales activities.

Technical & Commercial Support

Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and sales proposals.
Review project specifications and customer requirements.
Assist in tender submissions and technical clarifications.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and project tracking reports.

Market Intelligence

Monitor construction market trends and competitor activities.
Identify upcoming projects and business opportunities in the UAE market.
Provide regular market feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

2–4 years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, Structural Steel, Foundation Engineering, Construction Materials, Equipment Rental, and Infrastructure Projects.
Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and project owners is highly desirable.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
Candidates with relevant technical backgrounds in construction or infrastructure will be given preference.
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
Arabic Speaker (Preferred).
Experience in foundation solutions, sheet piling, shoring systems, structural steel, or rental businesses.
Knowledge of the UAE construction and infrastructure market.
Exposure to project-based selling and tendering processes.
