Job Responsibilities: Sales:
Generate Sales leads and inquiries from Qatar, review and understand the project requirement, prepare costing, generate commercial offers/budgetary offers, execute the daily sales activities, etc.
Handle the technical and commercial discussions, negotiate the Contractual terms & Conditions, regular follow up, negotiate & secure the orders.
Shall be capable of handling business with mega EPC Contractors/ fabricators and even direct tenders of end-users/authorities when needed and manage the entire tender process.
Business Development:
Responsible for developing new Sales leads & acquiring new customers to support realizing the budget & achieving the growth targets.
Explore the New market / Products and geographical expansion opportunities.
Closely track the Projects and Identify new/upcoming projects in the region.
Pre-qualifications of mills whenever needed.
Provide insight into market development & trends, price evaluation, competition analysis, current & future target projects, and forecast on volume/revenue /Gross margin to support decision-making and strategies to set future growth plans.
Job Requirements:
Techno - commercial Sales experience of 2 – 5 Years.
Experience Middle East region (Steel / Metal or similar industrial Sales experience can be an advantage).
Bachelor/master’s degree in Core Engineering subjects (Mechanical/Chemical/EE/Civil etc.), Business administration, or similar qualifications.
Age group between 25 – 40 Years only.
Language: English (Arabic skills can be an advantage).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
